Pipeline
QB-1221 is currently under development for the treatment of traumatic stroke.
QB-1221 would be delivered via injection to patients that have suffered stroke in an effort to
preserve the life of affected neurons. Emergency care applications might be possible for both
ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke victims.
QB-777 is currently under
development for the treatment of Alzheimer’s disease.
QB-777 would be delivered via oral administration to patients that are suffering
from impairments in memory (MCI) or that have already been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s
disease. The goal of this treatment
would be the protection of neurons from further damage from calcium mediated toxicity.
