We are currently looking for an e-Commerce Sales Specialist with a primary focus on the Amazon selling platform. The E-Commerce Specialist will also assist with the growth and establishment of new web properties and other online retailers.

The ideal candidate will have e-commerce experience working with on-line retail accounts and will be responsible to perform the following:

• Assist with day-to-day e-Commerce operations to achieve desired sales objectives, goals and budgets.
• Ensure that the store’s e-Commerce department meets/exceeds customer expectations for ease of shopping leading to consumer satisfaction and repeat sales.
• Meet the demands of product flow and assist with sales forecasts.
• Coordinate planning, implementation, and execution of e-Commerce’s initiatives.
• Assist in the analysis and response to the competitive landscape.
• Develop strategies and tactics to creatively solve problems.
• Provide feedback to store management team on the effectiveness of operational programs.
• Coordinate efforts of Warehouse and Distribution team to ensure timely fulfillment and shipment of orders.
• Participate in business-planning sessions by engaging a cross functional team, as appropriate.
• Integrate and analyze multiple data sources to create selling strategies and programs that deliver win-win outcomes through innovation and collaboration.
